DDI Health has several levels and methods for contacting support for the following:
- Radiology Filmless Image Technology (FIT)
- Request Image Capture System (RICS) for Pathology

When contacting DDI Support, please have the following information available:
- Severity Level
- Your Company Name
- End-user name (if you are not the end-user you should supply the name of the end-user as listed in the support agreement)
- The name of the DDI Health Products covered by your support agreement
- The product's license key number
- Contact name, telephone number(s), email address and preferred method of communication (email, phone)
- The product release number and PSP, if any, presently installed
- Other technical information (See Guidelines for Information Gathering)
Be sure to accurately describe the issue and be prepared to provide appropriate log files or screen captures. You should have access to the RICS Server. Screen shots and event logs are valuable resources when attempting to understand or resolve an issue.
Effective support depends directly on the quality of data provided by the person entering the incident. Please prepare the requested information before submitting an incident.
For faults or issues experienced with any clinical diagnostic systems supported by DDI
Please complete the Diagnostic System Fault Report form with the details requested and attach any other relevant information (eg: images, Windows error messages etc) and then email to itsupport@ddihealth.com or fax to 02 9005 7536.
