For All FIT/RICS Issues (Required)

• Product Release + PSP level detailed description
• Procedure used for producing
• Last change implemented
• Event Logs from Server
• System Events
• Application Events

Installation Issues

• Hardware Description
• Network Cards (including any SAN Fibre Channel Cards, if relevant)
• Registry entries

Configuration Issues

• Network Diagram
• Registry entries

Performance Issues

• Network Diagram
• Hardware Description
• Client with issue
• If Storage connection is SAN (Fibre Channel) then
  • Storage HBA type (or iSCSI connection)
  • Driver Release
  • Firmware Revision
  • Method of performance measurement
